Bio
Shannon (she/her) is a second generation Japanese American from Carmel, CA. She is currently a fourth year student working towards earning her Bachelor of Arts in both Communications and Design. Her passions of graphic design and community building, in addition to her ambition, have driven her career and academic pursuits.

She looks forward to helping cultivate a strong community within the Lotus Mana Center, and getting to know students and learn their stories. As someone who would participate in events hosted by the center throughout her undergraduate education, she found a strong AandPI community to lean on and wants to provide that to others.

Shannon enjoys spending her free time journaling, golfing, and cooking new recipes. During her time at Davis, she has also found her place working for Student Housing and Dining and as the president for Aggies Helping Aggies, in addition to the Lotus Mana Center.
