Buenas yan Håfa Adai!
My name is Taylor-Ann Santos (she/her/hers) and I am the Lead of the HERITAGE Program! I identify as an indigenous CHamoru woman from the island of Guåhan/Guam. I am in my third year at UC Davis, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (Biological Emphasis) and a minor in Public Health Sciences.
Moving thousands of miles away from home took a toll on me as I struggled to navigate my undergraduate life. However, finding the Lotus Mana Center and the HERITAGE Program helped me find community on campus by connecting me to advisors and fellow students from various backgrounds. As the Lead of the HERITAGE Program, I hope to help other undergraduate students find their community, as well as achieve their academic and career goals!
Region in the diasporas I identify with: Guam
